Cheapstores is a digital marketplace platform that connects buyers with local vendors across Ghana. We provide tools for price comparison, trusted vendor verification, and escrow-secured payments.

Cheapstores acts as an intermediary. We provide the platform for transactions but are not the seller of record for products listed by independent vendors.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of Cheapstores, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Buying & Payments

When you purchase an item on Cheapstores:

• You enter into a legally binding contract with the vendor.
• Payments are processed through our secure escrow system.
• Funds are only released to the vendor once you confirm receipt of the goods or after a specified period of time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Cheapstores to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Sell counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Defraud or mislead other users.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cheapstores name, logo, and all content on the platform are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use our branding without written permission.

6. Ghana Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
